(Received July 2, 10.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 2. Torrential rains aro still falling throughout the country, and there is increasing danger of floods. Already in the Western districts two townships, Coolah and Leadville, are isolated, and railway traffic beyond Mudgee is suspended. All telegraphic communication is hopelessly disorganised, j It is feared that if cold weather follows the rain there will be heavy losses of stock.
