LABOUR WINS IN EAST LANCASHIRE.
Reuter’s Telegram. LONDON, July 30. A by-election for the „ Nelson and Colne seat (East Lancashire) resulted:—■ Graham (Labour) 14,134 Wainwright (Coalition Unionist) 8,577 Rc.a (Independent Liberal) 6,803 At the last general election the polling was:.—Captain A. Smith (Labour), 14,073; F. Greenwood (Liberal), 8623.
