AND THE PRIME MINISTER. Mr H. E. Combs, general secretary to the Post and Telegraph Officers’ Association, interviewed by a ‘ Times ’ representative yesterday ns to. tno great dissatisfaction expressed at the meeting of the association this week in regard to the fact that no reply tho representations nuulo to the Minister had so far been received, said he wins unable to make any statement with reference to the mailer at present, as the association was in communication ■with the Prime Minister_ on the subject and be boned to receive a definite reply within the next few days. The question heing thus practically- anb judico, that was as far as ho could go.
