Tho Berlin 'newspaper ''Frefheifc" states that General Luttwitz and Colonel Bischoff, who are staying at Franzburg, are 'plotting another revolution embracing the whole of Gcr* many. Several regimonts, as well as ntudent corps in tho various towns, urn supporting the movement. Tho "Frcihcit" adds : "Tho Government 13 aware of the plot, but doea not intervene, and doea not execute tho warrants for tho arrest of General Luttwitz and Colonel Bischoff for participating in tho Kapp revolution."
