AIRCRAFT SHOT DOWN. '. . OCCUPANTS ALLOWED TO GO FREE. • Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. DELHI, April'lo. The .Italian aviators, Captain Gorbeseo and Lieutenant Grossa, who are flying to Tokio, interviewed on arrival at Bagdad, said that two other machines which started with them were shot down by machine-gun fire by Arabs outside Aleppo. In each case the aeroplane was kept by th© Arabs, ■ and the aviators were allowed to rectum via Constantinople. One of -tho aviators shot down was an Italian ace who had gone all through the war without injury to himself or his machines. (Received April 12, 11 p.m.) BANGKOK, April 7.
