THE STATION QUESTION
NO ALTERATION 'OF PLANS. It was unofficially stated in the city on Saturday that tho request of the *ity authorities, that *Uo Princo of Wales should bo landed, at Lamhton Instead of at Thorndon station, as proposed by the general manager of railways, had been acceded to. The matter was last evening referred to the Minister for Railways (lU. Hon. W. F. Massey), who intimated that, as far as he was concerned, thero was no truth in the statement.
