‘That in the opinion of this council the time bus arrived for taking into serious consideration the early instituting of a municipal bakery and n thorough system of broad delivery throughout the city and suburbs; and that a special committee be immediately appointed to draft a scheme embodying provision for modern and efficient, buildings, plant, machinery, method, and means of distribution available for such an enterprise and to report same ;.to council.” &
