LABOUR- COUNCILLORS’ MOTION. Tho following notice of motion has boon handed to the town clerk signed by tllio four Labour members of tho City Council, Councillors J. Glover, J. Hutchison, C. H. Chapman and P. Fraser
‘That in the opinion of this council the time bus arrived for taking into serious consideration the early instituting of a municipal bakery and n thorough system of broad delivery throughout the city and suburbs; and that a special committee be immediately appointed to draft a scheme embodying provision for modern and efficient, buildings, plant, machinery, method, and means of distribution available for such an enterprise and to report same ;.to council.” &
