The Poherua is to sail from Wellington this afternoon for Greymouth to load coal for hero. The Mahia will leave Wellington this afternoon for Lyttelton and Port Chalmers. The Blackball Company s steamer Ngakuta i& expected to reach Wellington next Saturday with produce from Bluff. The Flora i& to sail from Wellington this afternoon for Westport to load coaL for Wellington and Napier. Tie Huia, which left Wellington last evening with a load of benzine for New Plymouth, is expected back here on Thursday. _ The Mapourika, w.nich left Wellington last evening for New Plymouth, is duo back here to-niorrow, and. is to sail on Thursday for Lyttelton, taking cargo. The Ruapehu is due back at Wellington next Tuesday from south, to complete Homeward loading. Sho is announced; to sail on Marcii sth for Southampton and London, via Panama. The Kowhai, which left Wellington yesterday for Greymouth, is to load coaat the latter port for Napier and Gisborne. The Karamu, now discharging coal at Miramar, will now load general cargo to-morrow at Wellington tor Lyttelton, and is to got away to-morrow evening. The Kokiri is to leave Wellington tomorrow for New Plymouth with remainder of her cargo from Greymouth. The Union Company advise that the Waitemata will not bo able to leavo Wellington before next Saturday for Auckland and Vancouver. The steamer John left Lyttelton last night for Timaru. She will load at the latter port and subsequently at Lyttelton for Wellington, where sho is Uue on Thursday night. At this port the vessel will load coko for Lyttelton. The Karu is due at Wellington to-mor-row- from Lyttelton and will sail on Thursday for Tarakohe to load cement for Lyttelton. Tho Union Company advise that the Karori is to leavo Greymouth to-morrow with a load of timber for Wellington From this port sho will proceed to Lyttelton. The Canterbury Shipping Co.'s steamer Calm is duo at Wellington to-day from southern ports and is to sail to-night for Wanganui. She is expected back hero on Thursday to load for-Lyttolton, Timaru and Dunedin. The Kamona will sail from Dunedu* to-morrow for Oamaru, Timaru and Wellington, with cargo to put out hero. Xho vessel, which is in ballast, i,s bringing civilian passengers and troops. She is due here on April 6th, KENT DUE SATURDAY. The N.Z. and African Company advise that the Kent, which arrived at Auckland on Sunday afternoon from New York, is to leave there to-morrow night for Wellington, ivhere she is duo on Saturday. The vessel will put out 1900 tons of cargo at Wellington, and will then proceed to Sydney, Newcastle, and Brisbane to complete discharge. Tho Kent will return to New Zealand to load in April for Liverpool. ''STOP-WORK~TO-DA.Y. The postponed monthly "stop-work" meeting of the Wellington Waterside Workers' Union is to be held in the Harbour Board X store this morning, commoncinjf at 8 o'clock. Lino steadier Port Chalmers, which arrived at Auckland on Sunday evening from New York, is expected to arrive at Wellington on Thursday morning. The vessel will discharge 904 tons of cargo at this port, and will proceed hence to Lyttelton with the remainder. Bannatyne and Co. are the local agents. WAITOMO AT DUNEDIN. The Union Company's big cargo steam. er Waitomo, which arrived at Dunedin on Friday from Calcutta, via ports, is to leave the Otago port to-morrow for Lyttelton and Wellington with cargo for both porta.
