Speaking of tho services rendered to tho parish by the departing priests, Mr M. J. Reardon emphasised the good work that Father Hurley had done in connection with education. Two more amiable companions or better priests it would be' hard to find anywhere. (Applause.) For the last seven years Father Hurley had acted as Administrator of one of the largest parishes in the Dominion, and in the opinion of his ecclesiastical and religious superiors ho had been a complete success.
