The "New York Times" Washington correspondent learns that there mav be a movement amongst tho Democratic Senators to break away from President Wilson's leadership in the Treaty dispute In the event of Senator Hitchcock not, succeeding in reaching an agreement with the Republicans. Ther* is considerable dissatisfaction with President Wilson's steadfast refusal to modify his attitude.
