Xh« authorities anticipate attempt* to blowup Dublin Castle and assassinate Viscounrti French and others. A SERIOUS ENCOUNTER. -: LONDON, 'November 25. Following a look-out, a pitched battlebetween police' and farm labourers near Waterford resulted in five police and several labourers being wounded. The labourers ignited jhaystaoks and other produce, ..and thouunnd pounds' worth of damage resulted. A PROCLAMAtION. (Received November 30, 11 p.m.) E.ONDON, November 26. An Irish proclamation prohibits and suppresses Sinn Fein organisations, clubs, Irish volunteers,' and the Gaelic League throughout Ireland.
