Bill, and declares,. that it i» a deliberate thwarting of the Government policy which the Government will not sit quietly under. . The decision moans an immense increase in the price of commodities, wholly due to the increase in wages, whioh. would have been ' reduced by half if the Maintenance Bill had been carried.
