VISIT TO CANADIAN PARLIAMENT. AEStralian ".4 \i.Z. Oablo Asioclation. OTTAWA, November 7. The Princa of Wales visited Parliament, and the members of tho Senate and tho Houso of Commons wero presented. At tho Prince's request, members of tho Press Gallery wore spcoially presented, and afterwards tho Prince was made a life member of tho gallery. In a speech ho declared it was impossible to leave Canada without visiting tho centre of political life. He hoped on his oarly return to find Parliament established in its new homo. PRINCE'S FAREWELL MESSAGE. Australian and N.Z. Cabla As»ocIatlo» (Receivod November 'J, 11.5 p.m.) OTTAWA. November 8. In his farewell message to Ottawa the Princo of Wales referred to the Dominions as sister nations, and humorously admitted receiving shoals of letters frpm charming Canadian jrirls. Ho regretted that ho was not equipped with a dozen hands in order to shake everybody's within tho month. His right hand was helpless, having not yet recovered, but its condition was symbolic of tho warmth of his welcome.
