FURTHER DEMAND BY ALLIES. Australian and N. 7.. Cable Association. PARIS, November 5. The Supremo Council, apropos of the arrival of a Roumanian envoy in Paris, reminds Roumania that she has not yet replied to the Allies’ Note of October 12th, urging her to modify her attitude to coincide with tho views of the Peace Conference, and repeats tho requests for a clear and positive answer at the earliest moment. SUPREME COUNCIL’S NOTE. (Renter’s Telegram.! (Received November 6, 8.5 p.m. PARIS, November 3. The Supremo ounoil’s Note to Roumania says: “Whereas, according to the previous decision regarding tho frontiers of States, tho Council is determined to uphold the principle underlying tho minorities under the Treaty, and requisitions from Hungary. Tho Council is dispatching an inter-Allied Commission to examine all the requisitions and report upon the distribution between Roumania and tho Allies."
