LABOUR’S GAINS IN LONDON BOROUGHS. Australian and! N’.Z. Cable Association* LONDON, November 5. The final results of twenty-eight London boroughs give the Reformers control of eleven councils. Labour of fourteen, and Progressives of one. The Reformers won 506 seats. Labour 557, Progressives 130, and other parties 39.
