GERMAN NAVY
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received November 27, 5. 6 p.m.) WASHINGTON, November 26. Mr J. Daniells, Secretary to the Navy, referring to the suggestion that the German Navy may be sunk owing to the difficulties of dividing it, says no suggestion has been made through the United States to that effect. It is not thought that such a course is likely. If the navy were partitioned, the United States would share only one destroyer and one armoured cruiser, Britain, France, and Italy getting the major shares.
