DUCHY OF LUXEMBURG
AN APPEAL TO WILSON FOR PROTECTION.

The Grand Duchess of Luxemburg has asked President Wilson to protect the Duchy against the dangers incidental to German demobilisation, and j .to safeguard its rights as a free and independent small nation when ,the Peace Conference meets. "Wilson has referred the request to Versailles.
