RANDWICK TRACK NOTES. Press Association. SYDNEY, September 28. At Eandwick the course proper was open. The weather was fine and the going good, favouring fast times. Gloaming, with O’Connor up, running alone, covered nine furlongs in 2min 4Jseo. Finmark and Estland finished together after one mile and a quarter in 2min msec. ■ Biplane, alone, with Deeley in the .saddle, ran nine furlongs in 2min 4sec, the last mile being covered in Imin 43sec. Outlook beat Eostcourt in a ninefurlong spin. Almoner and Kilmoon finished even at the end of seven furlongs in Imin 321 sec. Kilowen ran a mile in Imin 46sec. Desert Gold, piloted by O’Shea, gave the star performance of the morning. Starting at the ten-furlong post, she picked up Killhope, with a light-weight up, at the. seven furlongs, which was negotiated in Imin 311scc. With Desert Gold comfortably three-quarters of a length ahead, the whole journey took 2min lljsec. St. Eimn boat Impediment over a mile in Imin 51sec. Panaore ran ■ six furlongs in Imin 20sec. Bebus ran one mile and a quarter in 2min. 16seo, and Cetinga a mile in Imin 47150 c. Cagou beat Kennaqhnir by over two lengths in a mile in Imin 43sec. HAAVKESBDEY MEETING. The only New Zealander placed at the Dowkesbury meeting was Ach Marella, which was second to Dick Meagher in the Spring Handicap. The starters in the various events included Hesitation, Bee and Kilwarlin. The bier event, the Guineas, was won by Carbem.
