. .UTTER-WAR INDUSTRIES. By Telegraph—Prees Association Copyright MELBOURNE, August 28. There are indications of a largo development of Australian industries after the war. Amongst tho many proposals submitted for the approval of the Commonwealth Government are schemes for tho manufacture of steel, paint, yam, zinc, white lead, and woolscouring, involving a capital of over 2J millions.
