Times. ’ Sir.—ill- I-.itt, in his new-born proCatholic zeal, tried last night in *ho House of Rc-pro.-ciuatives to discredit: Unitarians ami Uuitarianisin by referring to the tact that Unitarians have sent but - d.96 per cent, of their number, while our loyal Catholic? have sent G.'d per cent, of their number vo light tor usl The real explanation of the small number credited to the Unitarian Church is that the Unitarian Church is a Church of adults and of _ developed minds. The vast majority o; its members arc elderly or middie-agcd people, who have, theologically, hived-oft from the other Churches. i believe I am right when 1 affirm that not a single young men, physically lit and of military age. belonging to the Wellington Unitarian Church, lulled to respond,: voluntarily, to the call of his country; while exemption lias been claimed for neither minister nor members.—X am. etc., UNITARIAN.
