Tho naval correspondent of “The Times” states that over 50 per cent, of tho vessels attacked have been sunk, despite the increases in the number ot aimed vessels. The failure of tho German time-table has caused a change in plans for the submarines. The Germans have abandoned indiscriminate methods and are concentrating on specialised attacks on selected vessels carrying largo cargoes. It is reported from Amsterdam that Germany aims at intensified destruction of British shipping shortly, concentrating on submarining exclusively.
