HEAVY FINE FOR SENDING ONE TO A YOUTH. Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 20. Frank Rothwcll was fined £2O today on a charge that lip sent a betting chart to a youth under the age of 21. He admitted handing a chart to the youth, but his counsel contended that personally to deliver an article was not to send it. The mag.’Srate held that tho term “send” included “ deliver.’’
