■NOW BEING HEARD BY BOARDSfifth Ballot appeals. The Military Service Boards are now keeping well up to date with their work. They have completed the hearing of tho fourth ballot appeals; and yesterday No. 1 Wellington Military 'Service Board commenced dealing with the fifth ballot appeals. No. 2 Wellington Board is to meet at Parliament Buildings on Wednesday next, April 18th, to hear fifth ballot appeals; and on the same date No. 3 Wellington Board will sit at Wairon, Hawke’s Bav, for the same purpose.
