PRICES AND CONDITIONS AMENDMENTS OF ARRANGEMENTS GAZETTED. The "Gazette" issued vesterday contains ‘ho following amended conditions for the sale of meat to the Imperial Government, and tho f.o.b. prices to bo paid for same: — • . The conditions laid down in the Right Hon. the Prime Minister’s notice published in the "Gazette" of March 3rd, 1915, page 725, remain unaltered, except in respect of the following points:— 1. Tho classification of the meat, and tho price to he paid therefor, f.0.b., will now be—

.21 These prices are fixed for the period of the war, and fop at least three months after its termination. 3. Thqse prfoes apply ito all meat from stock slaughtered on or after 00, , tober ■ 20th, 1916, and which is available for export. 4. Storage charges are reduced hy 25 per cent, as from November Ist, 1916. They will therefore now be as follow No storage shall be payable until after one -inonth-Kas expired.-when the rate 1 shall be ,3.32 d per lb poi- calendar month or any portion of a month, but the total storage for any period shall not exceed 9.32 d per lb.
