RECRUITING
NO MEDICAL PAPERS TO HAND
Under tho new system recently introduced at Buckle street, all recruits, when examined, leave their papers in the possession of tho examining doctor. These are called for day by day, and taken to the headquarters office. Yesterday, however, proved to bo an exceptionally busy day at the Buckle street headquarters, and no papers were collected. Consequently the only returns to hand at a late hour yesterday were tho papers of fourteen rejects, held over from Saturday.
