"Do it now 1” is the command. The art union’s illustrated advertisement appears in this issue for the last time- Three new motor-cars and other valuable prizes are included in the list of chances in which a half-croivn ticket participates. Further particulars can be read in the advertisement, which also contains an application form for tickets. The form is simple, to fill in and to mail, with postal note:or stamps, to the hofl. representative. Mr B. Sutherland, Box 377, Wellington. He gives his services free to the cause of the wounded soldiers. As Gisborne books cannot arrive here until Saturday night (October 16th) applications for tickets will be received by post until that date. If applications are received too late, the- money will be returned to the senders.
