The American Embassy at Berlin reports that British officers at Mayence, Heidelberg; Villingen, and Ihgolstadt are well treated and their quarters are comfortable. The men at Stuttgart, Ulm, Pucheim, Ingolstadt, Numburg. and Jurzburg are housed in well-ventilated buildings. Their food is the same as that of the German soldiers. The wounded receive excellent treatment.
