Riddell, S.M., gave judgment for plaintiff by default, with costs, in the following undefended civil cases:—Wellington Woollen Manufacturing Company, Ltd. v. Frederick W. Eure,' £3O 13s 2d, costs £2 14s: Edward Collie, Ltd. v. Frank Wilson, £3 Ss 3d, costs 13s; William Mnlhane v. John Wheeler, £lO 2s, costs £1 10s 6d: H. Johnson v. Arthur James Gpylor, £3; costs 10s; J. G. Raine and Co. v. Thomas Leoto, £1.3 14s 6d, costs £1 10s 6d; Charles Bepg and Co-. Ltd. v. James McNeo, £52 (is Bd, costs £3 16s; Stewart Timber, Glass. . and Hardware Co., Ltd. v. John Marshall, junr., 9s Ocl, costs 11s; Graham and Co. v. Rowland Joseph Denniston Newman Potts. £3 6s, costs 15s. On a judgment summons. Whakarao Kotua was ordered to pay the Dominion Clothing Company the sum of £l4 14s 6d by May 25th. or spend fourteen days in gaol.
