When Edward Bloomfield got drunk on Monday he' endeavoured strenuously to resist arrest by Con« table Burnett. For his insobriety he was fined 10s or forty-eight hours’ detention, and the resistance coat him £3, or fourteen days’ imprisonment. CIVIL CASES. Mr W. G.
