Sir Horace Plunkett, in a pamphlet, appeals to Ulstsr to give Homo Rule a chance. Ho remarks that he can say with absolute certainty that if Ulster were to throw in her lot with Ireland she would find herself received with generous enthusiasm which would last, because it would bo founded in respect.
