CAPETOWN, June 3. The Income Tax Bill provides that shipping companies carrying on business in the Union shall bo assessed on £S in every £IOO payable to the company, whether payable inside or outside the Union, in respect of passengers, live stock, mails, and goods shipped in the Union. ,
