NEW ZEALAND ASSOCIATION, QUARTERLY REPORT.

The quarterly meeting of the council of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association will be held on Thursday next. '

The report of the management committee states that since tho last meeting of the council Messrs M. E. Denniston and A. W. Young, have been appointed to vacancies on the committee caused by the resignation of the Hon. F. M. B. FishOr and Mr A. L. Berry. An application for the 1914 New Zealand championships to be held in Dunedin is under favourable consideration. The Ayres ball has been readopted upon the same conditions as last year. The Australasian Association has decided, to hold over any distribution of the share of proceeds from the last Davis Cup match-until a financial statement of the next Davis Cup match he received. There is a cash balance of £378 11s lOd. ,
