EXPERIMENTAL TRIPS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright WASHINGTON, May 14. Water-borne traffic is now proceeding through the Panama Canal. It is understood the vessels tire making experimental trips, but nothing remains to prevent oven warships passing through should the necessity arise.
