Dr Henson (Dean of Durham) states that the final verdict on the Kikuyu incident rests not wdth the Consultative Committee nor with tho Primate, but with the English Church. Bishop Weildou (Dean of Manchester) thinks the committee report will prove indecisive, but even if it is unanimous it will not carry compulsory power. •
