PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright (Received February 10, 11.20 pun.) LONDON, February 10. The Council of the Colonial Institute propose to change the L name of the Society to the Royal Britannic Institute. The matter will be submitted to the annual meeting in March.
