EARL GREY’S IDEAL.

Speaking'of housing tho ‘ colonial offices'together in London, he said a position should he secured in a central part of the city. His scheme was to secure a place for the dominions that would enable them to present an adequate impression of Australia. As to the advisability- of visits from English statesmen, to the dominions, he would make this a necessary qualification ; in other words a compulsory part of a Minister’s education.
