RIOTING IN PANAMA
ANTI-COLOMBIAN DISTURBANCES. nr Tvlegraph—Press Association—Copyright PANAMA, December 21. Anti-Colombian disturbances resulted on the departure of the Colombian Government Agent. The rioting, which included the stoning of tho Agent's house, w r as the outcome of an article in a Colombian newspaper, asserting that the people of Panama wero willing to return to their allegiance to Colombia. The relations between tho two republics are embittered.
