INTERIM INJUNCTION
CONSPIRACY IN CALIFORNIA. Oy Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright LONDON, December 18. An interim injunction has been granted to restrain Mr McPikc, an American lawyer, from selling the furniture belonging to Mr MdOreery, an Englishman residing at Ruaby, with largo interests in America. Mr Tomlin, K. 0., stated that a conspiracy in California led to Mr Mc-i Cheery being declared, insane. He escaped and returned to England. English experts declare him to be quite sane.
