ANOTHER RESOLUTION, Press Association. INVERCARGILL November 25. At a largely attended meeting of the local branch of the Post and Telegraph Officers’ Association to-night the following motion was passed: “This meeting regrets the arbitrary action of the Civil Service Commissioners in refusing to discuss differences in the Civil Servce, and P/)Bt and Telegraph classification list with delegates to the conference of the Post and Telegraph Officers’ Association, and expresses complete confidence in and readiness to stand by the resolutions of the said conference.’'
