A Russian labourer unexpectedly inherited £62,500, and immediately lived in the most expensive manner in St. Petersburg, keeping a yacht and racehorses. Within a year he had not one penny left. He gave a great revel, and on the following day applied for and obtained a job as a crossing sweeper at three pounds a month. ,
