BREACH OF DRIVERS’ AWARD
, Press Association. * DUNEDIN, February 27. Six convictions were recorded in the Police Court this morning, at the instance of- the Labour Department, for breaches of clause 1 of the drivers’ award, with respect to books for recording the number of hours worked daily. The employers were fined 20s, with costs, and the hands Is, with costs, these being the first prosecutions in Dvnedin under this award.
