REFUSAL TO ATTEND INQUIRY. (Received February 24, 9.5 pjn.) SYDNEY, February 24. Normand MacLaurm’s appeal has been dismissed. On February 21at it was reported that judgment had been reserved in the appeal of Norman MoLaurin against the magistrate fining him £25 and £320 006 te for refusing to attend the Sugar Commission’s inquiry.
