KRUPP CENTENARY
CELEBRATIONS AT ESSEN. BERLIN, August 4. There are to be five days’ festiviites at Essen, when 71,000 employees will hold a celebration of the centenary of the birth of Alfred Krupp, founder of the great steel and gun-making works. The Kaiser will attend.
Eight hundred and twenty-one employees, who have worked for Krupps for fifty years, are to be specially provided for.
