PERTH, Augustb. A cable has been dispatched to Ernest Barry, tho champion sculler, inquiring his terms for a championship race on tho Swan River at Easter, 1913. Tho proprietors of a weekly paper are the promoters. The idea is that if Amst retires Barry should row Pearce.
