GERMAN SHIPMASTERS DISAGREE WITH FINDINGS.
BERLIN, August 4. Lord .Mersey's report on the wreck of the Titanic has been received with dissatisfaction in the highest Gorman shipping circles. Commanders of German transatlantic liners are practically all agreed that it is possible to see a great distance in clear weather, and that it is unnecessary to reduce speed provided a thorough lookout is kept. MANSION HOUSE FUND. LONDON, August 4. The Mansion House Titanic fund amounts to £323,200.
