THE CRISIS IN TURKEY
SUSPENSION OF ALBANIAN CAMPAIGN. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 23. The Porte has ordered tho suspension of hostilities in Albania.*' Measures of pacification have been initiated. Fierce fighting is recorded in a defile of Tchernalova, ending in the retreat of the Turkish troops. Fifteen thousand rebels have assembled at Prishtina.
