DENTAL TROUBLES.

(To the'Editor “N.Z. Times.”) Sir,—At last a move is being made re children's teeth! Tho dentists-in-chief are saying that our children's teeth are ‘The worst in the world," and no doubt they are bad, but little is said as to the remedy. I watch my children’s teeth and they are all decaying. I clean them, and have taught my little ones to do so for themselves, and still they decay. The dontist-in-chief says "tdo much meat." Now, my children eat very little meat, never more than once a day, and one child in particular seldon eats it at all, yet hers are decaying. Last year I took one child to have them stopped. The dentist did two, and charged 2s fid, and next day tho stopping was out of one, and the other 1 found empty three days after. I took her again, with tho same result. Now, those teeth were not then very had —just a hole in the top—and I tried to save them, but they soon got worse and before long I had to have them removed on account of pain. Since then ‘I doctor my children’s teeth in a simple way myself, but what is wanted is somewhere where I can take them (a dental hospital) and have them properly attended to at a small cost. A working man with a family cannot afford to spend half-crowns which do no good. What am I to do? Where can I take my children and got a good result at

a, reasonable cost? I cxpsct hundreds are asking the same Question. Thanking you for space,—l am, etc., ANXIOUS FATHER. Cress Creek, July IBth.
