EARTHSLIDE DELAYS WORK AT CULEBRA CUT, WASHINGTON, July 10. A great earthslido has occurred in the Culebra Cut, Panama Canal. The flooding of the Cut is likely if another earth raoifcment happens, in which cast the opening of the Cana] for traffic will bo delayed.
