INDUSTRIAL ARBITRATION. NEW SOUTH WALES MEASURE PASSED. SYDNEY, December 9. Both Houses of tho State Parliament have passed tho Industrial Arbitration BillMERCHANT SHIPPING GUILD. COMPANIES EXCLUDED FROM CLAIMS. . SYDNEY, December 9In tho Merchant Shipping Guild case, tho President of tho Federal Arbitration Court (Mr Justice Higgins) refused to include companies who had been parties to previous agreements still running. - This excludes from the present claims tho Commonwealth Steamship Owners’ Association and six inter-State companies belonging to it; also tho Melbourne Steamship Company.
