STRONG SPEAKING BY A NONCONFORMIST.

Tho Rev. Silvester Horne, M-F-i speaking at the Free Church Conference at Anglesey, declared that Nonconformists regarded tho Church of England as a Pagan institution. Ho would oppose a Disestablishment Bill if tho Anglicans were allowed to retain the Cathedrals.
